Thank you for choosing the Spaulding Store.

All purchases carry a satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your product (on pickup) for any reason, we will exchange that product with another product of equal value free of charge.

There may be times where shipping fees may have to be adjusted before sending to your specific location.  If this is the case, we will notify you immediately and let you know of any reductions or additions that may be required for your specific address.  If at that time you would like to adjust your order or opt-out of your order, that would be 100% fine.  We are here to serve you.

If you have received a product via shipping and are not satisfied with the product, you can return that product to us and we will re-send a second product of equal value without hassle.  Unfortunately we are not a large enough company as of yet to be able to absorb the shipping costs for exchanges but we are working on it.  Therefore the cost of shipping returns would have to fall on you the customer. 

At the Spaulding Store we stand behind every product we sell.  If for any reason a product is back-ordered at the time of your purchase.  We will notify you right away to find a suitable replacement or re-fund that item if you prefer.

Once your purchase has been made, your email may be added to our mailing list technology and you can opt out at any time.  We rarely send mass mailings but may contact you once in a while.

We promise to never share any personal information to outside parties at any time.
